We can set up your account so all your users or the specific ones that you want, can "view" all the tickets raised by your team/organization. But that means they'll only be able to view the tickets. They can only add comments to the tickets they have raised or tickets they are CC-d on.
As an End-User, while raising a ticket, you cannot CC anyone from your team on the ticket.
However, you can;
- Let us know on the ticket if you need one of your users to be able to leave comments on a ticket
- When replying to the Ticket's email notification CC any one of your users that need to be able to comment on that ticket.

UPDATE September 29th 2022
On the Support Form where you submit your support requests, you can now CC any of your colleagues' who need to be able to communicate on a specific ticket.
