🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Using the Core Community Page
Welcome to our Help Center—you’re in the right place!
In addition to raising support tickets, chatting with our team, or tracking your existing requests, you also have access to our Core Community Page—a space dedicated to collaboration, feedback, and shared learning for our Partners and Core-tier clients.
đź’ˇ What Can You Do in the Community?
You’ve got two main options on the Core Community page:
1. 🔧 Submit a Feature Request
Have an idea for how our product can improve? Notice something that needs adjusting or enhancing?
Head to the Feature Requests section.
Click New Post and share your request in detail.
Our team actively monitors these posts—if your request is something we can take forward, we may convert it into a formal ticket and keep you updated on the original post.
2. âť“ Ask a Question or Start a Discussion
Running into an issue while using the product? Trying to build something and need guidance?
Use the search bar at the top of the page to look for similar questions or answers in our Help Center and community posts.
If you don’t find what you’re looking for, click New Post to ask your question.
📝 Creating a New Post
Here’s how to make your post as effective as possible:
Click New Post.
Add a clear subject line — this helps others (and our system) understand what you're asking.
Bonus: if similar posts already exist, we’ll show them to you as you type!
Write a detailed description. The more context you share, the better the chances of getting a helpful response.
Select the appropriate category:
Feature Request (for improvements or new ideas)
General Discussion (for product questions, use cases, troubleshooting)
Click Submit.
Your question or suggestion may be answered by a member of our team, another Partner, or a fellow customer who’s had similar experiences to share.
