👉 Note: Accounts are separate for each platform. Having an account for one does not automatically give you access to the other.

Access to Core, Tapestry (service-based, and legacy) documentation. If you’re not sure which of the two you’re using, you can contact your CSM to confirm. Browse articles or search for specific topics	Access to Core documentation only. Includes an AI-powered search that gives you immediate answers + article suggestions.

If your company has already been set up, signing up will generate a duplicate company/account.
In that case, one of your company’s admins or managers can create any new users required.
If you require a user to have Administrator level access, contact Patchworks who can enable this.
You can also reach out to our support team to add your user (via chat or Ticket)

Our admins will link you to the right organisation once they see your request.
You can also request your user(s) be added and set up by reaching out to our support team (via Chat or Ticket)

Once your account is set up, you can also enable 2FA for yourself: Setting up 2FA for your account

👉 If you’ve already received a Verification Email (Support Portal) and a Set Password Email (Dashboard), you’re good to go—just follow the instructions in those emails to set your password and login.
