API Passthrough for Run Endpoint

An API Passthrough that accepts a Instance ID, Endpoint ID & any required variables and runs a one-time endpoint request.

i.e. a simple 'Get Order - return raw payload' via the API without the need to create a throw-away flow would be cool to allow probing of information.
