Add the ability to start from specific shapes

When debugging a long process flow with multiple shapes, it can be rather time consuming to either mark shapes to skip if there are lots of them and to delete data from an end system if multiple API calls are used.

It would be good to select a specific shape to start from and give the shape an input payload and it would run from there, this would be for manual runs only.
