Dynamic fallback

Currently a dynamic fallback can be achieved by the syntax [[payload.value]] however this isn't user friendly nor does it work with arrays, instead the fallback should allow for the whole syntax e.g., [[payload.*.value]] or even better, to also allow the schema to be used thats in place on the map shape.

  Hi Liam,

  Thanks for raising this. Wildcards can't be used in this way with fallback, however there are changes to the transform that will enable the fallback to a different field in the payload that will work with arrays. These updates are in progress, and we’ll share more details once they’re available.
